What this site does not do

• It does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
• It does not run a third‑party ad network.
• It does not ask you to create an account.
• It does not sell or rent personal information. There is nothing to sell.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data — including IP address, browser type, and the page requested — in order to deliver the page and protect against abuse. This is handled under Cloudflare’s own privacy terms.

Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, your IP address is transmitted to Google as part of that request. If you would rather not have that happen, a content blocker will stop it and the site will fall back to your system fonts and remain fully readable.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one, the destination company or its affiliate network may set a cookie in your browser to attribute a later signup. That cookie is set by them, on their domain, under their privacy policy — not by this site. Full details are on theaffiliate disclosure page.

Email

If you email me through the address on the contact page, I will have your email address and whatever you chose to write. I use it to reply to you and nothing else. There is no mailing list to be added to.

Children

This site is written for working adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held about you. Given that this site holds essentially nothing beyond email correspondence you initiated, such a request is usually simple to honour. Write to me and I will take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the updated version will appear on this page.
